Magic Minutes...

T A K E   A   B R E A K

Sometimes there is a challenge to find time to take a real break.
Not a five seconds break - but you know - a loooooong one.
To think.
To relax.

To enjoy nothing and everything.
Closing eyes, smiling, let your wings hang down in peace and fullfillment.

Some go for a walk, others run, there is yoga, pilates, meditation and sleeping.
I believe you know what it takes so you´ll have a perfect time with yourself or someone you care of.
Sometimes it´s just to change what you normally do, that give you that kinda break you need.

Sometimes it´s music and daydreaming I need for a break.
Or drawing and painting - or making things with my hands. Create gourgeous pieces.

Today. No one interrupted me, I didn´t have to answer phones or serve guests.
I was listen to the silence and was very very happy.
Twitter was down, facebook was down and my break was just suddenly me.
So what did I do?

I read some news on the internet, answered emails,
called my lovely daughter, my mum, a couple of friends and had some to eat. (tons of cheese...)
Then I found a nice video - and you know - things happends: a new blogpost was suddenly born..
With music and sounds that I love listening to when thinking and having a break.

Please give Enya a break too - while listening to the different videos and at my blogsite.
Look for the icon for speakers
(at the right side - where you see a slideshow.)
Get ready for some relaxing minutes.
I hope you will find it easy and comfy.

We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give.

I've looked at life from both sides now
From win and lose and still somehow
It's life's illusions I recall
I really don't know life at all.

Where there is love there is life.

-Mohandas K. Gandhi

How do you like having a break?
What do you fancy doing if the minutes or even the hours are at your side?

I´ll be thankfull if you leave a comment - but if you don´t cause you too relaxed - that´s perfect too:-))

I tend to listen to music when I relax. I often end up singing or dancing and it always makes me very happy, you know, the kind of happy that feels like bubbles that almost burst when they reach your lips? :D
And I paint or draw. Or just think. Read. Look at the sea.

(Herlighet så nydelig den kortfilmen om kjærlighet var... Den traff meg godt!)

In these days where people walks around with different music on,
is one of the hardest symphony to find.
But when found
it is so beautifull.
that no other symphony is comparable
to the majesty silence is
